TLC Carpet One Floor & Home is a local entity with a national presence through the Carpet One brand name. Proprietor, Jay Oxley, started his business in the late 1970’s under the name of Rocky Mountain TLC. The business has grown throughout the years into the largest and most complete flooring company in Northwestern Colorado, becoming a corporation in 1997 and converting to Carpet One in 2003.
TLC Carpet One Floor & Home is accomplished in both residential and commercial applications. No job is too big or too small for us to provide reliable, timely service and high quality products. Our success can be attributed to both our cross-trained, in-house installers and our friendly, knowledgeable sales and management staff.
